This website is operated by QB Snacks, a trading name of Kia Rere Innovations Ltd (“QB Snacks”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

If we cancel your order after payment has been processed, we will refund you in full.

6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier services

  • Customs processing

  • Events beyond our reasonable control

Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the goods are delivered to the address provided at checkout.

For international orders, you are responsible for complying with local import laws and paying any customs duties or taxes that apply.

8. CONSUMER GUARANTEES ACT 1993 (NZ)

is the property of QB Snacks or its licensors and is protected by New Zealand and international intellectual property laws.
