Cancellation policy
1. Subscription Overview
When you purchase a subscription from Kia Rere Innovations Ltd, you are signing up for recurring deliveries. By selecting a subscription, you authorise us to securely store your payment method and automatically charge it for each delivery according to your chosen frequency.
2. Billing & Delivery Cycle
To ensure a consistent service for all our customers, we operate on a synchronised monthly billing cycle:

Initial Order: Your first payment is processed immediately upon sign-up.

Recurring Billing: All subsequent subscription orders are processed on the 15th of each month.

Shipping: Orders are typically dispatched within 1 to 3 business days once the payment on the 15th has successfully cleared.
3. Tiered Loyalty Discounts
We reward our long-term subscribers with increasing discounts. These discounts are applied automatically:

Orders 1 & 2: You will receive a 12.5% discount off the standard retail price.

Order 3 onwards: Your discount will automatically increase to 17.5% off for all subsequent consecutive orders.
4. Continuity & "Hold" Policy
The 17.5% loyalty discount is designed to reward uninterrupted support.

Resets: If a subscription is placed on hold, paused, or cancelled, the loyalty "streak" is broken.

Restarting: If you choose to resume or restart a subscription after a hold or cancellation, the discount will reset to the base rate of 12.5% for the first two orders.
5. Minimum Commitment & Cancellation
To access these tiered discounts, a minimum commitment of two (2) successful orders is required before a subscription can be cancelled or placed on hold.

After your 2nd order: You may manage, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time.

Cut-off Date: Any changes or cancellations must be completed at least 48 hours before the 15th of the month. Changes made after this window will apply to the following month’s cycle.
6. Payment Failures
If your payment method is declined on the 15th, our system will automatically retry the charge. If payment cannot be secured after multiple attempts, your subscription may be cancelled, and your loyalty discount status (17.5%) will be forfeited.
7. Returns & Refunds
All subscription deliveries are subject to our standard Returns Policy. Please refer to that document for details on refunds or faulty products.
